4 weeks of basic/advanced clinics that will enhance volleyball
skills and knowledge.
|
|
|
The clinics will go over all the skills, team serve-receive,
team defense, as well as offensive and defensive
strategies. |
|
|
Please arrive 30 - 45 minutes prior to the clinic for check-in
and registration. Thank you. |
|
|
Equipment needed for these clinics- kneepads, good
court shoes, and if you have them, Active Ankles for
preventative
measures. Please come dressed in appropriate workout
attire- shorts or spandex, and a t-shirt.
|
|
|
Water breaks will be given at each clinic but there
will not be any snack or lunch breaks. There is a half hour
break in between
clinics so players may eat during that half hour while
we get things ready for the next
clinic.
|
|
|
These clinics will be designed for all players ages
10 to 18. Players can take advantage of all the basic
to
advanced
skills
and repetitions in drills. These
clinics will help athletes prepare for
club tryouts this fall.
|
|
|
If time permits, players will be able to play some Queens. |
|
|
If you pay through PayPal, you
will notice the fees are slightly higher because PayPal requires
a small
processing
fee. |
